Images, fonts and pages

Images, fonts and translations load from our web server. Third-party maps are not automatically embedded. Google Analytics loads only after you agree.

Your language choice

Your selected language appears in the page’s language path, for example /en/. Language selection alone does not use cookies or local browser storage.

External providers

Playtomic and map providers open only when you select the relevant external link. The respective provider’s privacy notice applies on those websites.

Email and phone

Contact links open your email or phone application. Our website has no contact form. If you contact us, we process the information you provide to handle your request.

Hosting and technical connection data

This website is hosted on a Hetzner server in Nuremberg, Germany. The server processes technically necessary connection data, including your IP address and the requested page, to deliver content and protect its operation. Operational and security logs may be generated.

For the technically necessary delivery and protection of this website, we process data on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing an available and secure online service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Privacy questions and rights

For privacy questions, contact RAUM Padel GmbH & Co. KG at info@raumpadel.de. Subject to the legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority.

Your privacy choice

We save your decision about optional analytics locally in your browser for 180 days. Your choice applies to this browser. Clearing its website data also removes the saved choice.

Storing and reading your privacy choice locally serves only to respect the settings you selected. No additional consent is required for this (section 25(2), no. 2 TDDDG).

The welcome message

When you close the welcome message, we remember this locally in your browser for up to 180 days. This functional entry contains no user identifier and is not used for tracking. If storage is unavailable, the message stays closed only for the current page visit and may appear again after a reload. It may also appear again after you clear the website data.

Optional Google Analytics 4

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to improve our website. We focus on page views, scrolling and clicks on external links.

This processes page and link addresses, timestamps, basic browser and device information, coarse country and region information, and browser and session identifiers.

Your IP address is also processed when connecting to Google.

Automatically collected session and engagement events are also included. We do not use this analytics for advertising or record completed bookings, payments or revenue through it.

Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_…) identify browsers and sessions for up to 180 days. Further visits do not extend this lifetime.

Event data is retained for two months; user data for 14 months from the latest activity. These periods exclude aggregated standard reports.

Optional analytics is based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Storing and reading analytics cookies also requires your consent under section 25(1) TDDDG.

Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, particularly in the USA. Google’s information about international data transfers provides further details.

You can withdraw your consent anytime by selecting “Reject analytics” under “Privacy settings” at the bottom of the page. We then stop further analytics. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
